Rates + Insurance
Blue Sky Therapy accepts IEHP insurance. If you have an insurance plan other than IEHP, we can provide a Superbill to you if you'd like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
*Many insurance companies offer out-of-network reimbursement for mental health services. Blue Sky Therapy can provide a Superbill (an itemized receipt of services) and/or invoice upon request. Please contact your insurance company to verify how your specific plan reimburses you for out-of-network psychotherapy services.
Blue Sky Therapy fees for services are as follows:
Individual therapy: $175 for a 53-60 minute session.
Private Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Sessions: $125 for a 53-60 minute session via Zoom or in your AirBnB (travel fees may apply based on location).
Workshops: Rates begin at $175 per hour and are dependent on subject matter, number of participants and length. If we are traveling to your business or AirBnB, a travel fee may be added based on location.
Training: Rates begin at $175 per hour and are dependent on subject matter, number of participants and length. If we are traveling to your business or AirBnB, a travel fee may be added based on location. Contact Blue Sky Therapy to discuss your training/consultation needs.
Consultation: Rates begin at $175 per hour. Consultation is available for various topics and areas of interest including EMDR, somatic therapy and trauma-informed care. Melissa can provide consultation to LCSWs, other licensed mental health therapists, pre-licensed social workers and other mental health disciplines, healers and students.
EMDR Intensives:
3 Day Intensive Package includes the following: 90 minute Pre-Intensive Session; 3 days, 4 hours a day in-person Intensive in Joshua Tree, CA (total of 12 hours in-person) and 90 minute Post-Intensive Session. The 3 Day EMDR Intensive with Blue Sky Therapy is equivalent to 4 months of weekly therapy!

2 Day Intensive Package includes the following: 90 miinute Pre-Intensive Session; 2 days, 4 hours a day in-person Intensive in Joshua Tree, CA (total of 8 hours in-person) and 90 minute Post-Intensive Session. The 2 Day EMDR Intensive with Blue Sky Therapy is equivalent to 3 months of weekly therapy!
Investment: $2310.001 Day Intensive Package includes the following: 90 minute Pre-Intensive Session; 1 day, 4 hours in-person Intensive in Joshua Tree, CA (total of 4 hours in-person) and 90 minute Post-Intensive Session. The 1 Day EMDR Intensive with Blue Sky Therapy is equivalent to 2 months of weekly therapy!
